San Marcos has been putting on a show since long before anyone here had a phone to film it. For decades, crowds packed in to watch mermaid performers and a swimming pig named Ralph do their thing at Aquarena Springs, and that same love of a great gathering never really left town. It just moved from Spring Lake to backyards in La Cima and Blanco Vista, milestone celebrations at Kissing Tree, and graduation parties tied to the Texas State University calendar. We help outfit all of it, with shade tents and folding tables for family reunions near Rio Vista Park, beautiful chairs and lighting for a riverside wedding, and YETI Tank ice buckets for when a Bobcat game day turns into an all-afternoon cookout.

Our preferred (and default) approach is to schedule delivery for the day before your event and schedule pick up for the day after. If you would prefer delivery or pick up on the same day as your event, we can generally do that as well (subject to scheduling availability).
We will always coordinate with you in advance to find a good time of day to schedule our arrival and are very good about communicating when we are on our way over. -

Yes, we are very easy-going and we don’t expect you to know the exact headcount for your event weeks and months in advance when you’re making your equipment reservation.
Right now, it’s fine to just give us your best guess, and then as we get closer to the date of your party (around 2 weeks away), we can nail down the exact quantities you’ll need and update your order to match.
