We genuinely take very good care of the equipment that we rent out, and you can rest assured that your rentals are going to arrive clean and in great condition.

Yes, we are very easy-going and we don’t expect you to know the exact headcount for your event weeks and months in advance when you’re making your equipment reservation.
Right now, it’s fine to just give us your best guess, and then as we get closer to the date of your party (around 2 weeks away), we can nail down the exact quantities you’ll need and update your order to match. -
Our preferred (and default) approach is to schedule delivery for the day before your event and schedule pick up for the day after. If you would prefer delivery or pick up on the same day as your event, we can generally do that as well (subject to scheduling availability).
We will always coordinate with you in advance to find a good time of day to schedule our arrival and are very good about communicating when we are on our way over.
