-
We do! Every package scales to your guest count, so whether you're hosting 30 people or 300, we'll size it to fit. Here's what we've got:
Ceremony: white resin chairs for every guest, chair sashes in your style/colors, and your choice of our round arch or wooden cross
Cocktail Hour: cocktail tables with spandex covers, a portable bar, beverage dispensers, an ice tub, glassware, and market lighting strung overhead
Reception: round tables with floor-length linens, chairs, and napkins for every guest
Styled Reception: everything in the Reception package, dressed up with charger plates, dinnerware, flatware, glassware, chair sashes, and LED pillar candles
Backyard Party: our 20'x20' high peak tent with string lights, tables and chairs, and cornhole boards
Think of these as a starting point, not a box you're stuck in. Swap things out, add a dance floor, change it up however you like. Just tell us your colors and your guest count and we'll take care of the rest.
And the best part: we deliver it, set it all up, and come back to break it down afterward, at no extra charge.
-
6' rectangular: seats 6 people comfortably
8' rectangular: seats 8 people comfortably
60" round: seats 8 people comfortably
4' rectangular (kids table): comfortably seats 4 children (ages 3-7). Note: these must be paired with our smaller sized kids' chairs.
-
For floor-length coverage:
6' rectangular: 90"x132" tablecloth
8' rectangular: 90"x156" tablecloth
5' round (60"): 120" round tablecloth
Every size comes in both polyester and satin, and in a ton of different colors. We also carry spandex fitted covers for 6' and 8' rectangular tables, 5' round tables, and 30" and 32" cocktail tables, which give you a tighter, more modern look than a draped cloth.

Yes! Give us a call or send us a message, even if you haven't picked a single item yet. Tell us a little about your event and we'll help you work out the rest.
Some things we can help you sort through:
How many and what kind of tables and chairs you'll need for your guest count
What will actually fit in your space (we'll get the room dimensions from your venue if you don't have them)
Which linens, colors, and styles go together
How to maximize your event budget
How to schedule delivery and setup around your venue's timeline
We've helped plan everything from small backyard birthdays to big weddings, so chances are we've seen something like yours before.
Booking & Payment
-
It's pretty painless, we promise. Here's how it works:
Build your Quote Request. Browse our inventory and add whatever you're interested in. No minimums, so add as much or as little as you like.
Submit it with your event details. Date, location, and anything else you want us to know.
Get your quote. Most of the time you'll hear back from us within about 30 minutes. Bigger custom projects, like pipe and drape, take a little more back and forth, so we'll work on those together over a few days until it's just right.
Lock in your date. Click "View Quote" in the email we send you. From there you can review everything, sign your rental agreement, and pay your 30% down payment, all in one spot. Once that's done, your date is officially yours.
Pay the rest before your event. Two weeks before your event, you'll get a reminder with a link to pay your remaining balance.
Need to change something along the way? Just let us know anytime. And if we're working on something for you, we'll keep you posted so you're never left wondering where things stand.
-
The earlier the better, especially for weddings and bigger events. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks out, and a month or more if your date falls on a popular weekend.
A couple of things need a little extra lead time:Tents: 2 weeks in advance at an absolute minimum. Before we stake anything into the ground, Texas law requires us to call 811 and have underground utility lines marked, and honestly it just takes a bit of time for them to get all of their ducks in a row.
Custom pipe and drape: these projects involve some planning and back and forth, so reach out at least a month in advance.
Our dates are first come, first served, and your date is officially held once you've signed your rental agreement and paid your down payment.
-
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Everything is securely handled through your online portal, so you can pay your down payment and remaining balance right from the link in your email with the option to sign up for auto-pay if you prefer.
Changes and Cancellations
-
Absolutely. Just reach out as soon as you know you need a change, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate it.
Note: once you're within 2 weeks of your event, we've already started prepping your equipment, so generally only minor adjustments are possible after that point.
-
Totally normal! Most people don't have a final headcount when they book, and that's okay.
Our advice: book for the higher end of your guest count. It's easy to scale down your order later, but adding items closer to your event depends on what's still available for your date, and we'd hate for you to come up short.
You can update quantities on your order anytime up until 2 weeks before your event, so you'll have plenty of time to settle on your final numbers once your RSVPs come in.
-
We know life doesn't always go according to plan. If you need to cancel, we won't just leave you with nothing. Instead, we'll carry your order forward so you can reschedule your event once at no extra charge, whenever the timing is right for you.
Just so you know upfront, all payments are non-refundable, so we aren't able to issue refunds for cancellations. But we'll always work with you to make sure what you've already paid still goes toward your event.
Delivery and Event Day
-
Delivery is a separate fee from your rental items.
Our delivery fee is $95.00 plus $1.75 for every mile of travel which covers round-trip delivery, setup, takedown, and pickup. -
We do, and it's included for free with every delivery. A lot of rental companies charge extra for this, but we think it should just be part of the deal.
When we arrive, we'll get everything set up neatly for you one time at no additional charge.
Just keep in mind that any rearranging needed after initial setup would be your responsibility, so it helps to have a clear picture of your layout before we arrive.
-
We're currently a delivery-only operation, so we don't have a location for customers to pick up their orders.
Honestly, we think that works out in your favor. Event rentals are heavy, awkward, and hard to secure in the back of a small vehicle. When we handle the delivery, everything shows up clean, in great shape, and set up where it needs to go, and you get to spend that time on literally anything else.
-
We ask that someone be there, or at least reachable by phone, when we arrive. That way we can make sure everything ends up exactly where you want it.
If you won't be able to make it, no worries. Just let us know ahead of time, and we'll work out a plan together, whether that's coordinating with your venue, a friend, or a family member.
-
We'll schedule your delivery and pickup windows with you ahead of time. Usually that means delivering the day before your event and picking up the day after, which gives you plenty of breathing room.
If your venue needs everything delivered and picked up on the same day, that's no problem either. Just let us know and we'll make it work.
-
Our standard rental period is three days: the delivery day, your event day, and the pickup day. This gives you plenty of breathing room on both ends.
If any adjustments to that schedule are needed we'll always work those out with you in advance.
What You Can Count On
-
Yes, we carry insurance that meets the requirements of venues in the area, and we're always happy to provide an updated certificate of insurance (COI) to your venue upon request.
-
Accidents happen, especially at a good party. That's why every order includes a damage waiver, which is 10% of your order total. We charge this instead of requiring a security deposit.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage up to $500 per item, so a tipped-over table or a spilled glass of red wine doesn't turn into a surprise bill.
-
Usually not. If getting our equipment from the van to your setup area means a lot of stairs, an elevator, or a really long walk, there may be an additional charge. But we only worry about it if it adds a significant amount of work or time.
If you think your space might fall into that category, just give us a heads up when you request your quote and we'll work it out with you.
-
Absolutely yes, every piece of equipment is cleaned and sanitized by hand after each event (quite thoroughly actually).
We like to say: if it’s not clean enough to eat off of, then it’s not cleared to show up at an event.
One thing we hear a lot from our customers? "Everything looked brand new." Music to our ears.
-
Honestly? We're event nerds who can't do anything halfway.
Here's what that looks like in real life:
You're working with the owners. The people answering your texts are the same people loading the van and setting up your tables.
We'll help you plan before you book anything. Call us with a date, a rough guest count, and a vague idea, and we'll talk it through with you like family. Layouts, timelines, budget, all of it. No strings attached.
Our equipment shows up looking brand new. We carry our tables instead of rolling them across the parking lot, we pad everything on the ride over, and every piece gets hand-cleaned after every event.
Setup and breakdown are on us. Always included, never an upcharge.
You'll never have to chase us down. From the day you book to the moment we drive away after pickup, you'll always know what's happening and what comes next.
We show up when we say we will. Sounds simple. You'd be surprised how rare it is.
At the end of the day, we want you spending your event with your people, not worrying about your rentals. And we hope you'll call us again next time.
