Our preferred (and default) approach is to schedule delivery for the day before your event and schedule pick up for the day after. If you would prefer delivery or pick up on the same day as your event, we can generally do that as well (subject to scheduling availability).
We will always coordinate with you in advance to find a good time of day to schedule our arrival and are very good about communicating when we are on our way over. -
Most couples book their date 9–18 months in advance, and we recommend locking in your rental order as soon as your venue and headcount are confirmed. Popular dates in spring and fall fill up fastest.
For golf outings, corporate events, or smaller private gatherings, the timeline is much shorter: 4–6 weeks out is usually plenty, though holiday weekends and peak resort season can tighten that window.
The main rule of thumb would just be to reach out as soon as you have your event date and venue locked in. We can always confirm availability on our end and you’re always welcome to adjust your rental order details as your plans firm up. -
