How do you handle multiple events booked on the same weekend? Is there ever a risk of overbooking?We regularly serve multiple events on the same weekend — and even the same day — so booking around a busy date is something we manage closely. When you request a date, we check it against everything we already have scheduled to confirm we can fully accommodate your order. If we can, we'll send you a booking link to reserve your date. Availability is secured on a first-reserved basis: once a deposit is paid, that date and inventory are locked in for your event, so we recommend booking as early as possible if you're eyeing a popular weekend.
Do you have a limit on how far out you'll travel for delivery, or how does that work for events outside your usual area?We don’t have a limit, but our delivery fees are calculated based on distance, so event locations further away from Round Rock and Austin will incur higher delivery fees.
What materials and color options are available for tablecloths, napkins, and table runners?We have a very large selection of colors (and even fabric/material) to choose from when renting linens from us. Just tell us the color palette/theme you’re interested in and we will work with you to find a perfect match!
